"Great drop-in experience for those looking for a workout while in Miami. My wife and I do CrossFit, but dropped in for our first Hyrox class to get a good wod before our cruise. Coach Claudia was great, motivating and accommodating. I was even able to get some strength training in before class. Would definitely recommend and be back again if ever in Miami!"
